Please note that the guarantee applies to materials and any manufacturing defects, but it does not cover installation.
Additionally, the wooden jamb kit, which includes dust brushes and a recessed wooden door post with internal rubber bumpers, is covered by a 5-year guarantee.

In order to receive a refund on returned goods please ensure that:
- Goods are returned within 14 working days of receiving them
Sales to consumers from our website are governed by the Distance Selling Regulations, these do not apply to business to business sales.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, consumers may return the goods to us within 14 working days of receiving them for whatsoever reason.
- The goods are returned to us in reasonable condition and unused. If the goods arrived to you damaged please ensure you repackage the goods after inspection securely.
Please note it is not necessary to assemble the product to inspect them or to check the size (as it is clearly labelled on the packaging) so returns which have been assembled will be subject to our claim for breach of statutory duty by the consumer.
- You contact us to request a RETURNS NUMBER and complete our RETURNS FORM.
We request that the consumer obtain a RETURNS NUMBER from us. You will need to add this to the RETURNS FORM which you can download here. Or we can email you a copy.
Please include the form inside the packaging or put it into an envelope and securely attach it to the outside of the packaging. We cannot process the return without the form with the returns number. If you have any questions or are experiencing any problem with this process please email us.
- The cost of return to us and the responsibility that the goods are returned in reasonable condition will be borne by the consumer.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you have a problem with the return transport shipping please let us know and we will endeavour to organise this for you.
*** Please ensure that if you have opened the packaging that you carefully repack and securely repackage the goods to ensure that they arrive back with us safely. We advise taking a photograph of any repackaged goods in case any damage occurs during the return journey to us.

Delivery is to the nearest roadside point to the delivery address accessible by our couriers and does not include delivery into the building or site. Wire Ready Kits have lead-time from placing an order is 4-5 weeks.
Small items such as handles are sent by Royal Mail and so may take 2-3 days to arrive.

The pocket door systems come in standard overall frame sizes designed to perfectly fit a wide range of standard door panel sizes. Our technical specs give you all the information you need to decide on your choice of frame. You need to make sure you have enough overall space to build the stud work to accommodate and install the overall frame. You can then look at the range of overall frame sizes that will fit into the space you have available and the technical spec will tell you the door panel sizes that the different frames will accommodate.
What is included in the kit?
A Galvanised steel frame
A strong and quick-click frame that assembles into a complete unit comprising of a full pocket and a track.
Runners
Tested to 100,000 cycles (that’s around 25 years of average use!)
Extractable Track
The track can be extracted without having to break into the wall.
Front and rear door stop
Can be adjusted to determine how far the door protrudes from the pocket.
Metal anti-warp door profile
Slots into a channel in underside of door. Not visible but ensures that if your door warps it continues to slide smoothly.
Self centering door guide
Clicks into frame, doesn't screw into the floor, so it is perfectly centred every time.
Fixings
Even the screws to attach the plasterboard to the frame are included.
Jamb kit
Comes complete with jamb kit made with a beechwood veneer* that is unfinished and paint/stain ready. The jamb kit includes dust brushes and recessed door post with integral bumpers for a professional finish.

- When fitting flush pull handles we recommend the stop be regulated so the door protrudes from the pocket to avoid risk to fingers. Should the door be adjusted to enter the pocket completely we do not accept any liability.

FAQ
Do the pocket door frames come supplied with the timber doors?
No, the doors need to be ordered separately. Please click the link to view our range of Interior Doors. We have specific pocket door frames for the 10 standard door sizes in the UK.
Please note that not all of our interior doors range will fit the pocket door system.

What is a jamb kit?
A jamb kit is a component within the classic pocket door systems that is used to cover the gap between the door frame and the wall, enhancing the overall appearance of the doorway. Download PDF explanation.
ECLISSE provide a jamb kit (timber lining kit) with the Classic pocket door systems, which will then require finishing off with architrave. Please note that not all pocket door suppliers offer a professional jamb kit with their products.
Key information about the jamb kits:
- The jamb kit is a timber lining kit attached to the pocket door framework, covering the edges of the door when closed to hide the top and the pocket.
- Jamb kits are only supplied with the Classic styles and are not required for the Syntesis Flush Collection.

Are there different jambs for different frames?
Yes, the single and double Classic Pocket Door frames can be assembled to two different finished wall thicknesses. As a result, we offer two different sizes of jamb kits depending on whether you require a 100mm or 125mm finished wall thickness. When ordering, make sure you select your wall thickness and we will include the correct size for your order.
Does the pocket door frame require maintenance or cleaning?
No special maintenance or cleaning is required for the Eclisse steel unit, as it is guaranteed for 15 years and has maintenance-free parts. If access to the track is needed, follow these steps: Remove the architraves (if any) and move the jambs to one side of the door. Loosen the lock nuts on the brackets at the top of the doors and slide the door out. This provides access to the running track above the opening. Remove the visible small screws, being careful to leave the larger screws in the special holes undisturbed. The track can then be pulled toward the door post and removed. Follow the reverse procedure for re-assembly.
Do you offer installation?
No, we supply only. Our systems are relatively easy to install by builders, joiners, and competent DIY'ers. You can find installation videos on the main collection page for the pocket door systems.
Does this kit come with soft close?
No, the kit does not come with soft close as standard but you can add a soft close mechanism to your order. Choose from soft close with anti-slam or bi-directional soft close with anti-slam for the ultimate in smooth operation:
